ROUZET is strenghtening its industrial influence in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes with a stake in precision machining specialist CHAMBON SA. Based in Saint-Laurent du Pape, Ardèche, CHAMBON SA has been operating in the precision machining market and mechanical assembly for over 50 years.

They chose to team up with CROUZET on an ambitious project in line with their expertise.

“We are very pleased to have the chance to work closely alongside the CROUZET teams. The manufacture of complex mechanical parts to strict quality standards is one of our common areas, and this is why we chose CROUZET, a renowned producer of mechatronic parts in demanding sectors such as the aeronautical industry, transport, energy and construction,” says Cyril Chambon, joint manager of CHAMBON SA.

“CHAMBON SA is a major component in our development, because precision machining is an important feature of our supply chain. We expect to work with them long term, providing support and helping to expand their business, ” adds Pierre Douet, CROUZET’s Sales Manager.”

“CHAMBON SA is an experienced player in the aeronautical and nuclear industries, based in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region in close proximity to Valence. That proximity will help us develop some major synergies between our centres of expertise and our manufacturing plants, ” concludes Jean-Marie Vergnes, Technical Director at CROUZET.

Following the acquisition of two businesses in the last 18 months and a stake in the equity of CHAMBON SA, CROUZET is continuing its strategy of growth and knowhow in the manufacture of mechatronic parts.
