Crouzet 100 chances 100 emplois

ur Crouzet site in Valence has renewed its support and commitment to the local “100 chances, 100 emplois” organization (“100 opportunities for 100 jobs”), aimed at helping young people who are having problems finding a job.

Through a one week training session, the happy selected ones learn how to pitch their professional project in a clear and a convincing presentation. Then, they present it to a jury composed of HR managers from the partner companies.
Our company contributes to the action by organizing meetings and training, providing premises plus; participating in the jury. We, as a territorial economic player, work to help these young participants benefit from a local professional network and facilitate their search for a new job.

And when things go well, success is there:

  • Aurélien got a temporary mission as computer technician/helpdesk with the option of a future job.
  • Sabrina who wanted to care for elderly people found a job in a nearby specialized hospital.
  • Miguel obtained a job as Engineering Designer assistant: a function that perfectly matches his profile!
  • Alexis started a new position in the furniture market with a professional contract to validate an Advanced Technician Certificate in Sales.
    • And many others have not passed up their chance!
